One of the best things about Yahoo Personals is the ease of use.
Pretty much anyone with a little experience on the Internet can start
using the service immediately, and everything is pretty much
self-explanatory.
As they are such a huge site, you will likely find thousands of
singles in your area. You only have to pay for membership when you find
someone you want to message.
Creating a free profile only takes about 5 or 10 minutes. Each
profile can include up to 5 photos, and consists of a series of answers
to standard questions such as occupation, level of education, height,
build, etc. The description you enter can be up to 4000 characters
(That's about 3 double-spaced pages). People who opt to use more
high-tech services such as video greetings, etc, have that option
available to them as well.
You could easily spend hours browsing the listings at Yahoo. It is
fun to use and offers a very wide selection of listings. Because it is
completely free to browse the listings, so we encourage you to at least
surf some of the listings before deciding whether you want membership.
